Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CBRE (Houston, TX) nel mese di mar 2019
Colloquio
I applied via online from networking at a campus event and had the opportunity to meet one of the regional managers. After successfully applying, I moved to the second stage, which was an online interview. This interview had only 10 questions, in which I recorded my responses via webcam and sent them in. I moved onto the last stage, which was an in-person interview at their office in Houston. I had 3 separate interviewers in my own room, which were all casual conversations and nothing technical. I was told that I would get a response in 3 weeks, but never got an email. I reached out to my rep and she sent me a denial letter.

Colloquio
The interview with CBRE consisted of only one round with the team I applied for. Asked questions on past job experience and why I want to work for CBRE. All behavioural questions.
Asked a lot of background information, and also asked question regarding views on property market and capital market etc
Some of them seems not quite related to the job
Maybe the interviewer is testing the candidate about the sense to the property market
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
How do you think the capital market will be in 3 years?
My interview process with CBRE was thorough and multi-faceted, consisting of five rounds: a group discussion to assess communication and teamwork, an aptitude test for numerical and analytical skills, an in-depth interview with a business leader to gauge alignment with strategic goals, a team interaction to evaluate fit within the team, and an essay writing exercise to test English proficiency and critical thinking. The comprehensive nature of the process highlighted CBRE's commitment to finding candidates who are not only technically skilled but also well-suited to their company culture.
