Initial telephone interview then a face to face interview with a director and senior consultant. Phone interview was more to discuss start dates, salary expectations and why I’m interested in the particular discipline. The face to face interview wasn’t competency based, was more just talking through my cv and understanding my capabilities and previous work. There was also the opportunity to ask questions on both occasions.
Submitted resume, invited to a one-way video interview after 4 weeks. One week later attended an in-person interview, followed by a second round the next week. Clear communication throughout, though the overall process felt slightly slow.

Me hicieron sentir muy cómodo en todo momento. Fue una conversación muy agradable, Hay que ir bien preparado con ejemplos concretos de proyectos que hayas hecho en tu vida profesional para responder a preguntas específicas
