It was very quick. I had just two interviews and they made a decision right away. I got the offer letter immediately and their HR called me after the 2 interviews to onboard me.

1) Typical 1st Stage - Standard application (qualifications, experience) followed by motivation questions (Why CBRE? ACA? Accountancy?)
2) Video Interview - A while ago now but I don't recall anything out of the ordinary other than competency questions. Look up their company values and write examples of them.
3) Virtual Assessment Centre - Obviously this AC was unique and they decided to split it into two stages; 1st stage was a presentation role play in which you're presenting a performance review of a fictitious company (data provided by CBRE) to a Board of Directors with some follow up questions as well as a competency interview. 2nd stage was a group exercise. (The latter was comprised of stronger candidates that were progressed from the presentation and interview task)

Short and easy, no preparation was needed. I think this is not a good indication, as it may indicate a high turnover or urgent needs for the position to be filled.
