It was a very informal process. Very comfortable as well. It was a two layer review between my local supervisor and a national lead. We talked about career trajectory and job responsibilities. I never once felt as if they were trying to "big league" me or intimidate. It was about as professional as you would hope to have for a position in real estate.

I applied on LinkedIn and a month later received an email for an interview. I interviewed with the Research Manager and we went over basic questions regarding experience, expectations, and interest in the position. Following that interview, I received a call to have an interview with the Managing Director in office. That interview was nonchalant given the MDs style and they asked about experience and interest in the position. I received an offer a week later over the phone.
