The assessment day consisted of an interview and a group activity. The day took place at Henrietta House (head office) where roughly 20 other candidates were present. Candidates were split into groups to allow for interview and group activities to take place simultaneously. Well organised day.

it was two questions: one was a behavioural question, and the other was a motivational question it was a 15-minute phone screening, so make sure you have a clear connection and also are in a quiet area.
Apply online and then do an online test. On the day we did a group task and then an interview It was very sterile and unfriendly, no one would talk or even smile at us. 3 hours of the day was waiting around "touring the office" or "talking to a graduate" Network lunch, only had one employee come in and talk to us.
