Very straight forward interview. Show enthusiasm and motivation and you’ll get the job. This role is fairly new so they tend to hire almost anyone to do the job. The role is contracted out to other agencies so not necessarily a promising role for growth.

Two step interview process. They will ask if you can travel to other locations or work weekends. General interview questions for customer service and organizational skills that you have. Not sure if it’s difficult or just lengthy.
Process went quick. Interviewed with recruiter and then moved onto the next round the following week. Didn't hear anything after a week and half. Reached out to recruiter and got nothing back. It's been 3 weeks now...
