Easy interview process, went through 5 rounds of interviews with a couple of team leads and Moreso they were targeting fit more than analytics. Although it is a good idea to come to the table with some working knowledge of the industry in your back pocket.

The interview process was really disappointing. After an initial interview, they asked me to complete an assessment but then completely ghosted me—I never received any follow-up. Later I found out they had already hired someone. Overall, it was unorganized and frustrating

It was straight forward and overall a great process. It was mostly a behavioral interview process. I had two rounds of interviews. One with HR hiring manager and one with team lead.

They first called and it was a basic screening. Then it was a in person meeting with the hiring manager and then you get ghosted. But it was a very easy process but I say keep your options opened when applying.
