Their approach was welcoming, open, and engaging, making for a positive experience.
Following the interview, I received encouraging feedback from the recruiter, who indicated CBRE's interest in progressing to a second and final in-person interview. I was informed that I had been shortlisted alongside another candidate. However, once the other candidate attended the in-person interview, the recruiter advised me that they were likely to proceed with them instead.
Overall, the experience was positive. The process was professional, and I appreciated the transparency and constructive feedback from the recruiter.

Good interview. Knew the role they wanted to fill but we're open to adapting it to my skills and interests. Personable and friendly, genuine interest in what I had to say and engaged positively with my questions and queries to make the role as attractive as possible.
Interview process generally positive. I had two interviews and was told they’d get back to me the following week, but I never heard back even after following up with the recruiter.
