The interview process was actually great, the employees were quick, friendly? and helpful, but not very forthcoming about the nature of the job. They say it's a marketing job that's "not about sales," but your compensation is actually entirely commission based, and the entire franchise is about closing sales rather than marketing. I would not have minded the interview process if they had been up front that is was a commission based sales.
