Conference call with a couple other employees. They were very friendly. The process took sometime from when my application was submitted to when I learned if I received an offer. Overall, it was a good experience.

I applied online (through their website and also emailed), they emailed for an on site interview. It was short 20 minutes orientation, 20 minutes tour through the facility and 20 minutes interview with a board of 3/4 engineers and another one on the phone. I waited 2 weeks after interview before getting the email from HR
