They sent me a mail, they found my resume on monster.com and then I called back and they set me up for an interview with their technical team, so I did the interview via skype and after the interview, someone from hr department called me up and discussed about the offer, terms and condition and what to expect from the company.

Very basic sql questions, like what is a constraint, primary key, how to join tables, inner join, left outer join, what is the difference and some basic programming question, what is an object, how to inherit from a parent class, write a program for prime number, so this is basically the type of questions you will encounter depending on what you have written on your resume

The interview process has many different parts, mainly technical and non-technical oriented. For the training program, candidates are screened and those that pass come in for training. The training is in a classroom like environment and has constant assignments and tests. There are big tests every 10,20,and 30 days to determine if someone is still fit for training.
