Colloquio
The hiring process starts with a recruiter contact via email. The recruiter sends, by email, a short Q&A and asks the candidate to resubmit a resume and (optional) cover letter. After reviewing the material, the 1:1 interview with someone at CDI plus the client company is scheduled. The interview is straightforward. Interview questions are not the "nonsense questions" such as "if you were a tree, what tree would you be?" which are irritatingly common these days.
During the 1:1 interview, the CDI account manager gives a brief overview of the business relationship between CDI and the client company. The client company is represented by someone from HR or from the department where the position is required. Questions regarding the position were explained thoroughly and the interviewers handled the interview very professionally. The interview was very straightforward.
My main advice is to speak directly about your knowledge and experience. Do not be afraid to ask questions about the position and the project. Reserve follow-up questions about salary/benefits for the recruiter.

Domanda 1
There were no really difficult, nebulous, or unexpected questions asked. The interview was very straightforward, and all questions asked were directly related to previous work experience.

Easy. Just a basic rundown of my skills, education, etc. I also had to do a drug screening and a background check--and they did call me references and former employers.
