The interviews actually never happened. HR personnel never showed up in the initial phone call. I reached out immediately at the time of interview but the HR personnel never got back to me until 35 minutes later. Unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as theirs. When HR reached out 35 mins later to give some lame excuse that they were dragged into an extended meeting is disappointing. I understand things happen but I think most would be understanding if you needed to excuse yourself from an internal meeting for an interview. Do better HR.
