Colloquio
I interviewed at CDM Princeton. Questions were all over the place ranged from experience questions to strangely personal "What has been your biggest failure?" when I answered based on my work experience I was told that I could also give him a response based on my personal life as well...which I declined. One I found a little off putting was that I interviewed with 6 different executives, all of which were men. Not a single female in a leadership position, which I didn't find representative of agency life in general. It didn't help that one of the highest up I interviewed with was incredibly arrogant and patronizing. But the worst part was after going in for 3+ hours to interview, I never heard back from the CDM Talent Recruiter. Not even to let me know they went with someone else...just nothing. Finally, I reached out and was informed over email of their choice of someone else. I think it is very telling when a company doesn't respect your time enough to let you know that you have not been selected after you take personal time to come in for an interview.
Primero una llamada con RRHH de unos 15 minutos , una entrevista con la account manager y una con la directora de cuentas presencial y una prueba más práctica con preguntas sobre el rol y carta de motivación.

Colloquio
A friend had put my name into the HR pool and I received a call to touch base and go over some opportunities. The HR recruiter was extremely down to earth and receptive of my circumstance-- I wasn't looking for anything full time as I didn't have that much Pharma experience. I was asked to come in and interview anyway and then was able to receive a freelance Account position-- which is typically uncommon. The interviews were very straightforward-- questions ranged from "Walk me through your resume", "how would you tackle working and spearheading projects where multiple agencies are required to work together," " aside from work, what are some of your personal interests"

How do you feel your experiences in CPG would translate into Pharmaceutical advertising-- do you think there are many commonalities?
