In order to get to the interview stage, I was asked to fill out a personality profile that took about 30-45 mins. Then there was an initial screening call where they were essentially trying to make sure the job you applied for would work for you based on availability, salary, location etc. From there you schedule the actual phone interview and are given an email with things to review for it. The phone interview was three basic sections, the first on testing the research you did on the company, the main section being the "behavioral based" interview where they ask you how you have responded to certain situations in the past, and a final section with a couple hypothetical sales scenarios. From there you will either move on to an in person interview or not.
