Hire Vue video process, 7 questions. No person to person or contact from a recruiter. 99% of the time you get rejected and the informality doesn't help one iota. You could be highly qualified and still not get the job due to this.

HR rep over the phone was very nice and covered a lot of the details of the position in our initial phone call. Gave me a great starting point to see if I wanted to move forward with the interview process.
