Second, Video Interview with 7 questions, (Talk about yourself, why you technology interesting, etc.)
Third, a personal call with the employer that involves talking about preparations toward the job (Pay, training, schedule date to start). Keep in mind you are still not an admitted member, but at this point if you play it cool with what you've already said, you're pretty much in.

Went through a series of three interviews. After the final interview, waited a while to hear back, to be told they went with a different candidate. Didn’t understand why it took so long to hear back.

HR rep over the phone was very nice and covered a lot of the details of the position in our initial phone call. Gave me a great starting point to see if I wanted to move forward with the interview process.
