Broadly speaking, the process consists of several interviews and a writing sample. You begin the process by interviewing with an internal screening coordinator who will determine if you are qualified to advance to the next round of interviews. If you are successful, you will then interview with the team supervisors, and if you leave a good impression on them you will then interview with the director of the department.
