Phone interview followed by 3 in person interview (in succession). The interviewers were genial and probed for knowledge of some of the skills required for the position. This particular position was/is an 18 month training program during which one must acquire 3 certifications (in this case, Cisco certs). The whole process was irritating as the recruiters leave much to be desired and are terrible at communicating even when you're a viable candidate. It was outrageous that I was denied any feedback as a long time employee of the company.

Everything was fully remote, but pretty standard as far as interviews go. What stood out however was the quick communication and decision making compared to other interview processes. I had a recruiter to answer any questions along the way, and everyone involved was transparent with the process and any feedback.
