It started with two phone interviews with HR. That was followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After that, four separate interviews with cross-functional teammates. Next was an interview with the hiring manager and director. It ended with one final interview with the hiring manager. The process was relaxed, but very thorough. CDW expects you to be a leader in your role at every level.

I had 3 interviews. One with the recruiter, one with my hiring manager (paired with a coworker), and one with the territory VP. All were very open and straight forward. The recruiter, Ian, was honest, and quick to respond. They all made the interview process seemless and straight forward.
