There was a first-round phone call with the recruiter and then an interview with the sales manager. The initial phone call just discussed the position, and the second interview with the sales manager was longer and more in-depth.

Tell us about a time you failed and how did you respond?
Multi-stage behavioral interview. Lots of standard interview questions leading to an understanding of character. Open communication about movement between stages as well as information about formats/content. Not too different from other interview processes.

Multiple round interview:
There was an online Assessment prior to first round interview
First round was a phone call with recruiter
Second round was a behavioral with recruiter
Third Round was a Behavioral/Fit with Manager
