Interview process was straight forward, got contacted by a recruiter who explained the job, hourly pay and asked a few questions.
Scheduled interview for following Friday and met with training manager, and after that with the plant manager. Got an offer after that.

Interview focused a lot on safety practices, can't remember the exact questions but they're looking for candidates that put safety first.
Great interview. Management and Human Resources really made all the process very pleasant and easy. I was able to call them with any questions I had and they had an answer.
