Very nice and easy to maneuver. I tis done online and you just have to record yourself, it normally won't take longer than 20 minutes. You can't skip past questions or redo your answers but they give you one minute to think about an answer before you start to speak

I had one minute for the 'tell us about yourself' question and two minutes for the rest of the questions. The questions were the same as the ones in the email invitation for the asynchronous interview.
