First round consists of CV check, motivation letter and information about your technical abilities. Next round is a one-sided video interview where you have to respond to questions popping up on the screen in 1 or 2 minutes. If you are not invited for the next round, you never hear from them, not even a rejection.

The interview included both behavioral and technical components. It began with introductions and a project overview, followed by a brief technical discussion on Java, covering OOP, concurrency, design patterns, and documentation. About 30-45 minutes.
