The interview process started with a pre-selection where my CV was evaluated.
After passing this stage, I had to complete an asynchronous video-interview with a few rather generic questions about my personality and experience (basically speaking to your webcam, not the most comforting thing to do but I guess necessary due to the high amount of applicants).
The final stage consisted of a panel-interview + technical interview with a preceding written test (1 hour long, quite packed). This test was basically a knowledge- and skill-check specific to the job, the results were discussed and expanded on during the technical interview (45min). The panel-interview was also 45min long and basically consisted of a presentation about my career I had to give and then some questioning and probing of my skills and relevant personality-traits by the members of the panel. Stressful but overall a pleasant experience as the people were friendly.
