Very long and not clearly defined. The length of time from application to initial interview was nearly a month. The interview itself felt like a conveyer belt due to the 20 minute time blocks (how on earth could anyone effectively evaluate someone in 20 minutes?) The questions were limited to 4 predetermined and read robotically from a screen. Not a single one of these questions was based specifically on any detail from my resume or cover letter. The start date for the role wasn’t accurately disclosed until the interview and was to be nearly 6 weeks from the time of the initial interview. What legitimate company would post jobs 3 months before the start date and withhold this information for over a month? Not a good look from every possible angle.
