The interview went fairly well. I was asked a few basic questions by the boss. She's a wonderful woman. Very down to earth and understanding. She offered me the job on the spot. Everyone going in and out seemed as if I wasn't there in the waiting room. Once I got hired I knew why. There's no clear understanding of who does what and people rush to get a break from all of the havoc that comes along with this job.
