Video interview, assessment centre, technical assessment, final round. The video interview is standard, the assessment centre had a written task, group exercise, case study and market sizing types of questions. Final round had motivational questions and a case study-like question which requires some basic knowledge of the UK health system. Not too difficult of an application process but if you don't have experience in healthcare or haven't studied something related - don't bother applying (even if the role says it's not required). My feedback was all positive, apart from the fact that I'm not too familiar with the UK healthcare system. I was told to prepare ahead of the final round through familliarising myself with it. I did that and the feedback they gave me is that i came really well prepared for the final round but given my prior experience and studies I do not seem like I'm too interest in healthcare. Not sure why they selected me for all these rounds if they're basing their final choice on what I've done before and not the effort I put into the interviews, which they clearly saw. It was a huge waste of my time preparing for this interview when they could have rejected me for the same reason 3 rounds earlier.
