First round was a more informal Teams call where I walked them through my resume and experiences. They offered to fly me in for the second round which was generous. Second round consisted of a brief tour of the relatively small plant, not much to see although I made the effort to ask questions. Then there were 2 rounds of interviews with different people of technical backgrounds. A lot of the questions were repeating what was already asked on the first round, so I was a bit thrown off about how to answer without being repetitive.
I will say it's been about a month and they still haven't reimbursed my travel expenses. They seem to be extremely slow at moving things along. Even after my interview the recruiter said I'd have an answer by the next day, then by the end of the week, then I didn't hear back until the next week. Luckily I already had another offer from another company.
I was interviewed by two people, one HR and one Senior Process Engineer. The interview process was very straightforward. I talked about my previous background and experiences and then I was asked a few behavioral questions.
