So first step was a telephone interview. The Recruitment Team made me feel really comfortable as they were easy to talk to. They explained everything really well. Then I had a face to face interview with my Senior that was a bit more in depth. My Senior does support work as well so it was really good as they could tell me exactly what to expect.
