Two rounds: First round - General C# Questions on basic stuff such as SOLID, Recursion, SQL (Joins etc) Second Round - Managerial interview - going through the CV and some STAR Method questions

30-minute: Initial screening call with an internal recruiter. Take-home technical test. 60-minute: Online interview with team members. 60- minute: On-site interview with engineering management. I completed all process stages. I went on-site for the face-to-face interview, which I thought went well. The interviewer started to sell the job to me towards the end of the interview, telling me about the benefits and showing me around the office. Two days later, I was emailed to say they wouldn't proceed because I was "nervous" in the interview. Sorry, but who isn't nervous in an interview? It wasn't excessive, and I answered their questions reasonably. Considering the commitment I'd made and passed all the other interview processes, and the impression I was given at the face-to-face interview, I don't think it's an acceptable reason or level of feedback. I would consider whether it's worth the effort before applying.
