They are downright unprofessional and lie to you from the beginning of the process. I applied online and was contacted and had a conversation on the phone when they learned I had just interviewed with a company they wanted to expand their contracts with. A week later that same HR person called me back and asked me to have an interview with the supervisor on the very next day. That was unexpected, but I made it work and had to ask her a few times to send me the job description for the position I was interviewing for as I was applying for multiple roles. She said it was "a very fast approval process" and we would know the outcome by the end of the day of the interview. The next day, the supervisor had no idea what department I was applying for as nobody told her beforehand. Despite that, the conversation was very pleasant, and she kept repeating how I was a great fit for the company. There was no feedback at all from HR. I reached out in a week and they said I had to meet with the account director as a second interview, which wasn't disclosed in the beginning. I waited for that call a couple of months to be scheduled and was ghosted after the call.
