Assessment Centre - 3 aspects of the day. First is the group project, usually consisting of 8 of you. We were required to use gasification to implement something new into CGI.
Second and third part is either the partner interview or the written exercises.
There are small breaks in-between each part to let you compose yourself.

Some questions may catch you of guard if you are unaware of CGI and what they do. The hardest question was probably "Tell us about some of the technical solutions we implement and how they are useful".
