First short telephonic interview - Where the recruiting manager calls and asks few questions related to CV and if everything goes well requests for next appointment
Second round face to face Technical Interview - Completely Technical but everything related to your CV and your previous job related. Few tricky questions
Third Round - HR + Management Interview - Possibility of presenting some topic of your choice or the recruiting officer. You will be informed in advance about the topic

1. HR interview (I hade applied via Linkedin so HR called to get to know about salary expectation, earliest joining date possible etc)
2. Test assignment ( asked to design pizza delivery system with Room database CRUD functionality implementation)
3. Technical interview (questions about implementation & testing)

Gave test assignment to deisign some pizza delivery system with CRUD functionality implementation
Es gab zwei Vorstellungsgespräche. Erst eins per Telefon und dann noch ein Gespräch vor Ort. Die Atmosphäre war sehr gut und die Fragen waren relevant zur Position. Insgesamt war es eine sehr gute Erfahrung.

Colloquio
Veel gesprekken, kort op elkaar. Niet zeer ingewikkeld, ze willen je gewoon leren kennen. Ze sturen wel aan op een rol waar zij behoefte aan hebben. Heb je vaker met detachering clubs.
Een prima organisatie om bij in dienst te gaan.
