I applied for the new grad program. A quick phone interview followed by an on-site interview with recruiter and then with the hiring manager, if selected. They called me for an interview 2 days after applying and I heard back 2 weeks after my interview with an offer. Overall great experience.

Was contacted by the HR department and which set up the actual interview. The interview itself consisted of 3 separate interviews conducted by different people in the department of the position I applied for, followed by a phone interview the next day. Overall the interview process wasn't bad as the questions were aimed at what you know to assess your ability at the job.
