CGI representatives gave a talk at my university and the next day did 1:1 interviews which everyone was able to sign up for. The interview was brief, 30 mins, with one of the junior developers from the Federal branch. He had a check list in front of him and just asked questions from it rarely deviating. This was his first time interviewing so that's understandable.
