Was contacted by HR department regarding my resume posted on a public website -- conversation led to discussing job description and then scheduling a follow up phone interview to discuss previous experience. Was then flown to project site to meet with 3 managers, 1 behavioral type of conversation and 2 interviews focusing on process and behavioral questions.

Had not worked with offshore delivery teams -- stated so and chose to answer the question with a hypothetical list of pro's and con's.
The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.

It’s was 2 interviews that were conducted over a few days. First interview is a phone interview and the second was a video/ virtual one. Tea was the first person
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
