20-30min HR Screening via MS Team Then assessment day where you are put into a group and do presentations & give solutuions. HR told you this is not meant be a competition but rather team work. But from the result of it, they will move with only few/one candidate among a group. The fact that they hold an interview in this competition / teamwork manner instead of solving technical problems makes me feel very worried about working there as a developer so I decided to withdraw.

it was easy and the case study with the groups went so good and the panel members were so patient in listening the queries. But the results might take some time. Apart from that it was all fine.
