beware of being lied to by the hiring manager. if you don't get it in writing, don't expect anything out of it.
they promised that they were serious about u getting your vacation time, but half the time they had vacation freezes. many workers max their vacation time and can't get time to use it up.
they avoided talking about raises. some years they have no raise, but 2% is what u get for a phenominal review.
the hiring manager had to research the simple question of do you have shift differential. he came back to me a few days later and said yes they do. turns out to be a lie. no differential was given.
