Process de recrutement très rapide et feedbacks détaillés par emails. Attention : se positionne comme un cabinet de conseil mais fait surtout de l'intérim / de la régie, les managers sont surtout des business managers qui ont vocation à placer un maximum leurs consultants en mission sur des sujets très opérationnels éloignés de la stratégie.

It’s was 2 interviews that were conducted over a few days. First interview is a phone interview and the second was a video/ virtual one. Tea was the first person
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
