The interview here was super easy— they’re always hiring! Hard to keep people around when the culture’s toxic and management’s a mess. Oh, and of course, they’re super understaffed. It’s basically a BPO setup—same old one-day hiring process. Blink and you’re hired… just don’t be too surprised when you end up doing call center work. Good luck with that! (bmo)

Es war sehr gut soweit. Sowohl das 1. Gespräch online als auch das 2. Gespräch vor Ort. Es wurde nach Motivation, Vorstellung und Wünschen des Bewerbers gefragt. Alles sehr professionell. Am Ende aber nach einer Zusage des AGs eine Absage bekommen, weil es für die vakante Stelle KEINE Projekte gab, wo man hätte anfangen können. Das muss man sich auf der Zunge zergehen lassen.
