Two rounds, First round you walkthrough your portfolio and your technical experience. Second round is with the manager you would report to. Also, had a meeting with Client Manager and walkthrough the portfolio again.

Un entretien de 15 minute avec une personne qui filtre, puis organisation d'un entretien d'une heure une semaine après, avec la RH du pole en question, puis normalement un autre entretien avec le responsable d'équipe pour laquelle ils recrutent.

Applied via CGI portal. Got a call from HR who scheduled Design interview. Interview went really well. They provided a design assignment which was huge. Assignment requirements - User research, persona, user flows, user journey map, wireframes. Basically entire case study in 2 days. Still I completed and got a call back. Managerial interview was scheduled which was quite easy. Offer letter was rolled out immediately after that. Whole process took 15-16 days.
