Overall enjoyable day, in the morning we we split into groups and had to present a technical idea to the staff observing us, they are just looking for how well you work in a team. Then was an independent task to write a formal email, again relatively easy.
In the afternoon was the individual interviews, did not feel too formal and was more just a chat to get to know your experience and skills, lasted around 45 mins

Application then interview and Assessment Centre. Assessment centre and interview are on the same day with 7-8 other people in the same group. Standard interview questions asked. Same with assessment centre

First stage was a screening call, talking about CV and experience. Second stage was an online assessment centre which was split in 2 parts. First part was a 30 minutes behavioural interview, second was a group exercise.

Application submitted, called a week later by early careers to invite me to assessment centre. Assessment centre was essentially an interview and group exercise, with great talks about company etc.
