The interview process was straightforward and easy. It began with an initial phone screening where a recruiter asked basic questions about my background and experiences. We discussed my skills, previous projects, and how I would fit into the team.

Two rounds of interview, one more technical and one more discussion based. All via video calls, no independent tech assessment which was nice. A lot of it is being able to talk about your previous projects and experiences in college and how you can apply them to the work place. Plus your standard tech stack questions.

Standard interview. Dude was having a bad day and his computer crashed 3 times during the interview but I was still given a chance to fully flesh out my responses. Got offered a final round 2 interview scheduled like 3-4 weeks later, but at that point I had already signed with another company
