I got a call from Accounting Now for an interview for a Subcontracts Administrator. Since I had previous experience in Cost Accounting it was easy to convince them that I had the skill set to do the job. A recruiter from SNI Companies got me an interview with the director it was probably a 30 minute interview and they let me know I could start that day. The director was down to earth mellow guy, passive just wanted the work to get done. Not a micro manager, however he didn't need to be, the employees were very competitive and spied on each other and ran in and out of the bosses office all day. They fired a girl that had work there for over 7 years without much notice. That didn't sit well with me. Luckily I stayed off the radar.
