Had a worst experience from HR, i successfully crack the 2 technical rounds with good feedback from panel.
But HR process is really worst, without giving any offer HR team were asking to take release from my current employer & provide fixed LWD (in case of immediate joining )to proceed for further 2 more rounds , in short they asked me to take release from current employer then CGI will proceed for further rounds which is unrealistic.
No co-ordination between HR teams, almost 4- 5 HR members called & asking same type of information which was very clear before the actual interview process starts.
HR team asked me to submit existing employment details & even after sharing the same they had lot of confusion.
Kind of waste of time & efforts.

HR - If you want to proceed with further technical rounds, you need to take the release from current employee & provide us the fixed LWD with proof ?
The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial discussion with the recruiter, a high-level cloud system design round (just to see how well you can present your ideas), and a relatively easy data structures and algorithms round conducted by a director.
2 rounds virtual and 1 face to face discussion. 1 client round. If you are not select for one client they might chance to send your profile to another client.

The interview process was tedious, involving multiple online rounds. It felt like they were interviewing the job itself rather than the candidate, with repetitive questions and little meaningful interaction or clarity.
