Received an automated email stated I wasn’t eligible to move further into the recruitment process after applying online. I am currently a management analyst on the workforce (HR) analytics team in my current role doing extremely similar work. Clearly CGIs recruitment process is littered with lazy bots and HR specialists too incompetent to identify transferable skills and similar tasks on an applicants resume.
