First I had a Recruiter round who asked me about past experience, Visa status etc. Then they send me CodinGame challenge which was 1.5 Hours long, and there you need to answer in 30 seconds due to which you can even blink your eye for this round for 1.5 Hours. I cleared this round with 86%. Further was Technical Round again of 1.5 Hours in which they asked everything related to PHP, MySql, Docker, Git, Solid Principals, Design Patterns and OOPS etc. This round also wend very well that interviewer told me in the end that this round is clear now there is further 5-6 Hours coding round and then question and answers based on that round. In this round they asked me to not to use any PHP framework and gave me a lot to do: Signup, Login, Post Listing with pagination, Unit Test CRUD for Posts and comments and interviewer said to commit each 30 mins even if you going for break. Finally, I did the functionality even I didnt take ant Lunch/Tea break. It was so tiring that I cant explain. Finally the interviewer came and asked why you wrote the while script and not used Symfony libraries. I was shocked that you only said not to use any framework. Again he was asking and asking, his mostly attitude was to find reason to reject only. Again one question surprised me that he asked me some file and folders which was already available in their repository. The whole interview process took around 2.5 months, in which I had to send lots of follow up emails after each round as they never respond. Lots of time they rescheduled and every time they gave the next interview date which is again after one week. From this interview my thoughts are either they dont have any job and doing interview with no intention to give job OR they are enjoying it by wasting time of candidates. If in the company they always using framework then why on interview they are saying candidate to make framework? Its like they are hiring a Driver and in interview they asking candidate to make a Car. This interview process was like harassment. People seating on the other side of tables are enjoying the harassment of the candidates who are actually searching job with a hope.

So, here’s how our interview process works for the PHP developer role. It’s pretty straightforward and gives both sides a good sense of whether it’s a match. First, we’ll start with a short intro call — like 30 to 45 minutes — just to get to know each other a bit. I’ll ask about your background, what you’ve worked on with PHP, maybe some questions around frameworks you’ve used (Laravel, Symfony, whatever you're comfortable with), and I’ll tell you a bit about what we do. If that goes well, the next step is a technical interview. That one’s usually around an hour or so. We’ll go a bit deeper into your experience, maybe talk through how you solve problems, some code structure decisions, and sometimes we’ll look at a small code example or do a quick live task — but nothing crazy. After that, we’ll give you a Probearbeit — basically a short coding task you can do at home. It’s meant to reflect the kind of work you’d actually do here. Usually it’s something you can finish in 4 to 8 hours. You can take a couple of days if needed, and of course, you can reach out with questions during the process. Once that’s done, they’ll do a final call to talk through it — what you did, how you approached it — and they’ll give you some feedback too. From there, if it’s a good fit on both sides, they ’ll talk about the offer and next steps.
