The recruiter called shortly after submitting my resume and online application- he discussed the interview process and scheduled a time to meet. This is part of the interview process, as well. They take everything into consideration. From the online application to the phone calls and interviews themselves. The first interview was with the recruiter and was very basic- who are you, why do you want to work here, how did you hear about us. This was a screening to get a feel if you would fit in with the company. I had to at some point between this interview and the next, an online assessment that had me answer different theoretical questions and write a mock email to show my proficiency in written communication. The second interview was actually FUN. It was a panel interview of supervisors and managers- about 6-7 people. They all took turns asking more out of the box questions to get to know you, to get a feel for you as a worker and asset to the company. It was much more relaxed than a standard interview and they make you feel at ease.

I was interviewed at the Midvale office location. Was treated professionally and kindly, and everything proceeded timely. Overall it was a positive experience. I did not feel like it was too intimidating of an atmosphere or anything.
