The interview process with CHG was amazing! The entire team makes you feel comfortable enough where you can actually respond to the questions without feeing judged. The interview is more of a conversation than it is an interview. Other jobs I have interviewed for made it hard for me to explain my skills because the process feel more like an interrogation than an interview. I honestly LOVED this place from the 1st interview i did.

3 interviews over 2-3 weeks / was going on around Thanksgiving so some individuals were out of office but I felt it could have gone a bit quicker if people available which could have lead to a to an earlier hire date
